The "Sto Dry Spray Seismic Reinforcement Method" is a technique developed by Sto, a company established in the Black Forest region of Germany that specializes in the development and sale of construction materials. This seismic reinforcement method involves reinforcing existing concrete structures with rebar and using a dry spray application technique, allowing for thin-layer PCM thickening to address structural dimensional issues such as riverbed obstruction and building limits.
